Mileage decrease with chin spoiler removal

I am having a hard time making a decision on what to do with mine.  I really dont like the way it looks and am going to OBX in a few months.  I take the truck on the beach and think that plow might cause problems.  I just dont want to sacrifice MPG for looks.

It's not a problem; my '17 handled the beaches of the Hamptons, NY and Corrolla, OBX without issue.

Take it off for the trip and decide how you like it off. If you don't like it, put it back on when you get home. A trip from NJ to OBX will answer all of your questions about mpg, clearance in the sand, etc.

I dont drive enough highway normally to compare.  I may just cut it in half and call it done.
