Infotainment is struggling

2019 AT4 with the tech package.

Bought the truck in February.  No issues for the first two months.  Since April the bluetooth has been garbage.  Sometimes it'll connect to my Pixel 2xl, sometimes not.  When it does connect, listening to music is a pain because you push the button to change songs on spotify, and 20 seconds later the song changes.  Also the volume will mysteriously go up and down while you're driving (not when a call is coming in, just randomly).  GMC walked me through resetting the bluetooth, which worked for about ten minutes, then went right back to struggling.  I checked with my daughter's iphone, and the issue is the same.  Her phone's brand new.  So I'm assuming it's not the phone.

Also, minor issue, when i turn the fan up or down, the screen animations that show the yellow bar going up or down have disappeared.  Like, there's no yellow bar.  The fan still goes up or down, but you can't see what level it's at.

I wonder if there's a way to totally reset the infotainment center?

Thanks.

I have had the same problem with the volume and track skipping in my 2016, and 2018. I even have that problem with a few Bluetooth speakers I have and I have a Huawei P20 pro for a phone, so Bluetooth shouldn't be a problem. I know, it sucks so much.

Try restoring to factory.  Their definitely is a way.  Should be under settings.  If not, stop into your dealership and have them do it.  Worst case, they can order a replacement.  It's under warranty, after all.

Had that happen on the Cruze I traded for the Z71. Kept freezing and having general issues.  A factory reset fixed all the problems, kind of like rebooting your phone or PC.
