Bought new and had it installed for less than 200 miles.  Had transmission issues with the truck and sold it - removed this prior to sale.   

 

I paid $167 after tax and ship a month ago.   Will sell for $125 + shipping.

I had it on the 5.3 - not sure if it's the same for the 6.2 or not.

It will fit a 6.2 also, but the rubber/silicone portion that necks down to fit a 5.3 throttle body would have to be replaced with a 4" piece to fit the larger throttle body of a 6.2.  The actual hard plastic tube is the same for both.
