Dash popping in 2017 Silverado

Do not superglue. You want heavy duty velcro or could use 3m emblem and trim tape. This is common. Remove a pillers and then gently pop panel up super careful with the sensor. Then scuff the lip on the dash that is under that piece and with the top piece out scuff that then install 1" strips of the velcro or adhesive. Line it all up and push it back down.

Do I need to remove the whole Dash or just the part at the front ?  And how would you recommend popping up the piece for the sensors Is?

I have done this many times. Remove a pillers then you will see the large gap where the piller cover was grab it with you hand and gently lift up the part closest to the glass is removed not the leather dash. It can help if you have a plastic panel tool but it isn't needed. The sensor will twist and remove g slow. What ever you think is slow and gentle with sensor double that.
