2017 2500hd With Service Body Missing Mounts

That is a factory pickup box mount.  Pickup box mounts direct to it with a rubber insulator between the box and the frame.  

 

Service body might not use all the factory mounting points.  I'd be checking with whoever installed the box, or the box manufacturer to see what the mounting locations are for that specific service body.

on my 15 2500 hd it has a knapheide service body and it has 4 bolts  2 front and 2 at the very rear drilled through the frame one in each corner of the svc body frame
