Trailer lights not working

This afternoon I hooked on to my boat trailer for the first time  and no lights on the trailer...tried a test light on the back of the truck, nothing on both plug ins…..no the fuses are burned! Has this been an issue with anyone else....first time hooking to a trailer, 2500 miles on truck!

Lots of good posts on trailer light issues. Look back through and you can probably find some answers. GM has an update for the trailer light control module that can probably help too.
