Denali chrome front lower bumper?

On my LTZ, they call it the TiXCF (Chevy) skid plate BRT, but it had the front license plate bracket and I didn't like the look. P/N 84176756 (Chrome)

 

It's two screws on each end, with many friction clips around the perimeter of the part. 

I used ramps to elevate the truck and had a good view and access of the piece from behind. I was able to pry up each clip and loosen, but the ones in the center around the license plate bracket. In my case, I could pry up the clip end, but was unable to push the clips free from debris buildup.

 

Unfortunately I decided to break off the tabs to pull of the skid plate. Cleaned up the bumper prior to installing new piece and snapped right in and reused the screws on the end to secure.
