Any way to lock front passenger window on 2014 Silverado?

Is there any way to lock the front passenger window when enabling the power window lock with the driver's side button? It only locks rear windows. I've heard to use tape, blah blah, but my dog likes to ride in the front seat and she will oftentimes stand on the window switch and cause the window to roll all the way down. I'm afraid she'll jump out. I have to drive with my left hand on the window switch at all times and if she's standing on the passenger switch, mine won't override it. It's just altogether unsafe for both of us. I know I could force her to stay in the back seat, but I just want to know if there's any way to include the front window when locking them. Thanks!

A coworker of mine recently witnessed what happens if a large dog jumps out of the window of a moving car at 55 mph. Practically skinned the dog alive hitting pavement at that speed.

I would either put the dog in the back seat or use one of those canine seatbelt systems that attach the dog's harness to the regular belt.

Seatbelt system. Just do it. I’m retired Fire Rescue. One of my most disturbing memories from the job is of a big Labrador Retriever that was an unrestrained RF passenger in a pick up truck MVA. I won’t go into it in polite company. Just buy the restraint system.

On a side note, you’re out of your mind for trying to drive around while having to focus on holding the window switch up. Remember Goofus and Gallant?

+1 on the restraint. It's the only way to go. I too have see what can happen with an restrained animal in a wreck or even hard stop. It also frees you up to pay attention to the driving instead of trying to restrain your friend with one arm

It would be done through a change in the BCM, I suppose, if possible. There are a couple of members that might be able to do this. If they can't do it, I'd have no other idea.

Why not make a simple cover that you could put in place anytime your friend is your copilot. Held in place with an adhesive tape. Low stick kind so it would leave no residue
