Passenger seat will not go back up straight

Hi I got a question I got a 2015 chevy silverado high country and my passenger seat will not go straight up again. It moves back and forth and down but it will not go back on straight position does anybody knows what the problem may be or experience it, thanks in advance

When you say "straight", are you talking about the seat back?

 

Maybe post a picture of both seats so we can see the difference you are referring too.
