the Elevations have the SLE bumper but do come with fog lights so I would imagine you could get the part number for that and use it. Well at least the mounting stuff.

Yes, it's easiest if you pull back the wheel liner. The bezel is held in with plastic tabs. I thinks there's 4 tabs and it pushes out of the front of the bumper.

Definitely interested, just got a 2020 1500 SLE that is pretty much fully loaded, just no leather or fog lights. So, looking to add fog lights. Does anyone know if you need to have the Dealer program them after installed? If so, does anyone know the price point?

Yes, the dealer has to program it. I just had the dealer program my Silverado LT last week for the GM fog lights I partially installed. I did everything except connect the harness to the UEC. It cost me $150 to have the dealer connect the harness and program the BCM, although I have seen a range of prices on here. I am in South Florida.

I just purchased stainless steel bolts and washers as well as speed nuts from the hardware store. Couple bucks.

That's what I was planning on doing. I was more so curious of bolt sizes that fit
