2012 Denali Navigation

Please excuse me if this was posted earlier, but I could not find anything on this. I own a 2012 Sierra Denali Crew Cab with factory navigation. My issue is I can't find a way to eject a nav cd? Could it just have a hard drive? I cannot find a way people say the cd should eject.

I don’t think there will be a CD inserted from factory (If that’s what you are asking). You can get a new CD from a dealership that is programmed for your VIN that will update your software when you insert it.

2012 went to a hard drive based system.  You insert the navigation DVD in the top slot and it copies to the hard drive.  Last update was 2016 and without a coupon can by pricey.  You can get stickers off ebay to cover up those AC buttons, mine have been on over 2 years and still can't tell they're on there.

Thanks for the information. And thanks for the idea to cover up the rub spots. I've seen them on Ebay, but some reviews were not very kind. I was worried about the lamp brightness at night.

I recommended them to one fella who said the light did bleed through and look bad.  Mine have not.  Maybe his worn area was larger and should have been painted or hit with a marker first?  Let me see if I can find a before picture...  Kinda like yours I think?
