Motor failed inside warranty. GM repaired at their cost. It's what both parties signed up for. Nothing more to expect nor deserved.  IMHO. They will reset the warranty clock on the motor. Part of the new motor warranty that has nothing to do with the trucks warranty.

Mine is a 2021 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2 and it did the same thing yesterday... Driving in cruise control doing 65mph then out of nowhere sensors started going off in the engine started knocking. It only has 3800 miles!
