Adding a Leaf?

Recommended Posts

Anyone here achieve a higher rear end by adding a leaf to the spring pack?  I'm not really interested in blocks.  I'd like to gain 1-2" of lift in the rear and i was wondering if it was feasible to purchase a leaf or two to do so?  At first i thought maybe a 3500HD spring pack but i believe they sit at the same height as the 2500's.

Thanks

My 2015 2500 has a extra leaf spring in the back. It was done to prevent sag with heavier loads. It definitely added 1-2" of height in the back but it also makes the truck extremely stiff when unloaded so there is a definitely a trade off in ride quality.

I added the 2 part Sumo Helper springs. They replace the over travel bump stop. Suspension is raised about an inch.
