Blazer Bluetooth volume

Bought a brand new 2019 Blazer RS and when i get phone calls through the vehicle the volume is very low even thought the volume is turned all the way up?  Is this a normal problem found someone knows a fix to, just something everyone else is noticing, or do i need to take the car to the dealer?

When you are in call, turn the radio volume up.......must be using the phone to do so

I noticed this too while in call turn it up but it is very quiet vs our other cars.

I am sure that it is a good car back in 2019. A couple of my friends own  Blazer and they still have it up until now.
