low engine temperature?

I only used my grill cover on the '18 when we were forecast to be -20 or so for a few days, and never did plug it in.

The 2020 has active grille shutters, shouldn't need the cover at all if the shutters work.........

I've been trying to find something in the OM that talks about the shutters with no luck. Anyone have a link to how they work?

I noticed that my temps were low as well. That had me worried if the cab heater would be sufficient. However, even with single digits today, a short warm up had things decently warm inside the truck.

I noticed that my 2011 came with a grill cover to increase temps in the winter. Looks like the 2020 does not come with that, anyone think they need it? It would also need a hole for the front camera.

My block heater cord and grill cover were under the back seat.

I picked up Monday and the dealer showed me something that listed TSBs, recalls, and one existed for the engine cover without camera hole.

He stated they would contact owners when a replacement became available.
