Taillight differences

Are there any differences between the tailights that are on Yukon XL/Suburban with barn doors versus ones with the lift gate? The reason for asking is I have been looking a Alteeza tailights on ebay and one post I read said there was but that is the only time I have seen it. Thanks for the help!!!
