Got a few trouble codes

Newer truck and old member. Sold my last truck 2.5 years ago and took a break from the truck scene. It's been so long since I last checked in I forgot my old user name

so I'm starting fresh as a newbie hoping this place is still great as it was back then. Here's my 1st post so please throw any advice my way or point me in the right direction.

As always' thanks in advance for your help.

2016 Silverado , 5.3 w/ 45,250 miles. It does have a warranty up to 100K but I like to be familiar with possible issues before taking it in to the dealer.

Bought the truck 3 months ago and its been perfect until today when the CEL came on.

It still runs and drives but I'm smelling a faint rotten egg odor. On Star says it throwing PO138, PO13E, PO14A & PO158 trouble codes.

From what I've read so far it possibly has a O2 Sensor related issue. .

Oh boy.....
So I would take off the intake and clean it out then when you are in there see how bad the buildup is. Next get a print out of the codes. It will say if that code was on there for a long time or new. This matters as you bought it with the light off but now it is on. If it turns into a pointing fingers game at least you can prove something.
Then remove and clean o2 sensors it is cheap fast and easy. Then if still a issue it gets expensive.
Also I recommend pan drop, filter and fresh fluid. Also good time for a thermostat delete.
Then or even now watch the gauges. Oil pressure, trans temp, and idle. When the engine coolant is over 180* idle drops to 500 or little less. However if there are issues in say the cat warm up then it will stay higher. Also there is/was a recall or 4 you should look and see if you had done.

Buildup @ just over 45k.....unbelievable !!!!

It passed the Maryland Emissions Test last month with no issues

in 4700 miles of my ownership until today. Since it's still under warranty

I'll let the GM dealer deal with it. I will request printout for any cleared codes

and check to see if all recalls have been completed 1st thing in the AM

MD emissions test is a joke... seen cars fail and then have them drive around the building, go through a different lane and pass....
