Aftermarket Head-unit

I have two 10 inch subs installed. Kicker cs 6x9 front and kicker cs 6-1/2 rear installed. My truck is non bose 4 inch screen and was wondering how hard it is to replace the 4 inch screen with an aftermarket unit or should i just add an amp for the doors.

I installed the Alpine unit in my 2017 Silverado.
