Rattle in the rear.......FIXED!

Since I bought my 19 RST Ive had a rattle in rear seats.  Thought is was seat belts, jack storage or seat bracket hinge.  Finally had my daughter drive while I sat in the back seat. Didn't initially find source until I inadvertently put my head on headrest...that was it.  Ended up removing both rear headrests (to indents on seat post, just push them in) Then added a little felt tape to headrest posts.  I didn't wrap post, I put two strips of flat tape on front and back of posts.  Its a snug fit now with no more rattle!

Good job!  I have it intermittently but not enough to bug me.  Someone on here said to remove them and pull the bars apart slightly. That makes them fit more snugly. Nice to have another solution with felt.

I did that and rattle is gone since

There's another thread discussing this:

they seem to think it's related to the power sliding window and the track the cable lays in. OP, do you have a power sliding window?

I'm going to try removing my headrest and see if it stops the rattle.

I don't know if it's loose, i think it's that cable track that vibrates against the window. There's a good picture of it in the other thread. I'm going to try to shove something like a few pieces of paper between it and the window to see if it temporarily fixes it.

If it does, I'll have to find something more permanent and less-hacky.
