I'll see if I can find my invoice.

If I do, I'll post it.

Push them for a new radio.

Thank you Vicarod, will do!  They have wanted to me to bring the truck in but this is my busy time and hate to let loose of it.  They give me a loaner but it's just not the same nor does it have my tool box with tools I need occasionally.  I will push for new radio, thanks...

Just picked up a new AT4 HD on May 19/20. $92700(Canadian) truck. Infotainment system sucks balls. My wife and kids listen to me better. Not a happy customer.

This really is junk!  Mine is consistently inconsistent!!!  More often than not doesn't know what I am saying and asking for!  Previous trucks were so much better!  Comment about wife and kids was too funny...

Recently bought a 2020 Silverado LTZ, I'm having the exact same problem with contacts not syncing. Dealer has tried to fix it, but GM doesn't have an answer. Further, when I'm streaming  Pandora via CarPlay it will suddenly stop playing. Unplugging and reconnecting the cable doesn't help, only shutting down the truck works. This error message sometimes displays: "The operation couldn't be completed (Swift.Sting error 1)."  Anyone have this problem? The new infotainment system stinks.

Having same issue on my 2020 Silverado and having same issue, very frustrating. One time the contact is there, next time it is not.  Only way to get all the contact to show up is to plug in phone and use apple car play, which i dont always like doing.  Hope Chevy gets their act together on this, this should be simple.

Any further updates on this issue? 19 HC with the same issue today. I was talked to my wife and it showed her number but showed another contacts name. Many contacts were missing also. I “forgot this device” and repaired and that seemed to fix my issue for now.

I have a 2016 Yukon SLT and the IntelliLink constantly drops ONE phone number from my contacts, which happens to be the most frequent number I call.  Started about 4 weeks ago.  I have reset personal data, reset to factory settings, all of them.  Once I pair again, the number is there.  Two hours later, it’s gone.  Drives me insane.  Guess I’ll have the dealership pull their hair out over it.

Add another one to the list! A 2020 GMC 2500HD AT4. The truck itself is great but the "consistent" inconsistencies with the contacts pairing from my iPhone 11 is driving me nuts! This is simply unacceptable from a $70+ K vehicle. I get a lot of positive comments and inquiries about this vehicle, but this synching issue is the one thing I warn potential customers about when they ask about my ownership experience with this vehicle. GM really needs to get their act together on this.

I tried everything. Unpair, re-pair, etc etc. When I try to initiate the sync from the truck, nothing happens. When I try on my phone, the option isn’t there as it should be (and as it is on my wife’s Honda).

    • Even tougher is the 5.0 / 302. That's what this one has.    https://postimg.cc/Z9XRrCSg   https://postimg.cc/4n3F3yzY   Just realized I had the airbox removed in the engine pic, lol.
    • Yep! This should be a pin somewhere as @pgamboa really dives into all of this. Thanks for reposting the link!
    • I did the new thermostat after doing a 'flip' for a year. Runs as cool one way as the other in the summer but in the winter there is a bit of a floor. Yellow with the new 70 C thermostat. My data over the life of the unit to date. Still need more cooler. Anyway that floor helped both winter fuel economy and shift quality in the winter. I found it a good balance.
    • Evan Williams Bottled in Bond   So pouring the last of a bottle of Evan Williams Black label last night I set off the the state store for a refill only to be denied the by an empty shelf. Rats.    What the did have was a bottle of Evan Williams Bottled in Bond. 100 proof. Hum, a few bucks more but a known distiller. Lets have a swing at it. ( I have before )    Cracked it open and pour a serving over ice. Hum.... more heat, yes. More alcohol naturally. But the barreling not the proof brings the taste and this one came up short.    Oh is was familiar but the heat ran the barrel over like a Peterbilt runs over a squirrel. Could use a heavier toasting of the oak me thinks or perhaps a longer barreling. Who knows. But what I can say is ice or a water back isn't the answer. What kills one kills them both. Sad. It is a pleasant drink....if you have little to compare it to.
    • I've had exactly one set of Bridgestone. Lasted five year and 125,000 miles and had I known better 15oK would have been a cake walk. I would have bought a like set had they not tripled in price since the first set. I removed them at said mileage with 5/32" remaining in dead even wear all four. They were fuel efficient, quite, comfortable and predictable.    Early on I got a very good alignment checked at least once a year, sometimes twice; kept the tires properly inflated, balanced and rotated. And I've found that many a tire issue can be avoided with great maintenance practices. Lot's of tire dealers will do rotation and balance (simple) for free for as long as you own the tire they sold you so no excuse not to.    Bead prep, alloy integrity and stem health have a huge impact on inflation stability. There are more mountings done poorly that perfectly. Finding a good tire guy is gold and as important as finding a tire you like.    That 3X price increase now two sets of "other tires' later is starting look like a bargain.      Bad maintenance kills more tires than bad tires.
