Anyone know how to fix this problem check engine light stabiltrak and abs light gauges fail

Original battery?  If so, REPLACE IT.

Diagnosing the problem seems like a better plan than just shotgunning a battery into the truck.

 

One could test the battery and connections. Hell you could even put the truck on a scan tool to read codes/faults to see what it's trying to tell you. That's just what common sense tells me but hey cool beans.

Definitely test the battery and charging system. These trucks anymore can get finicky over low voltage. As CamGTP stated though, get a scan tool and pull codes.
