7's?? Geez. I could only get into the low 10's and I had everything maxed except for weight which was just a little shy of max. Couldn't get lower than 10.19. It seemed that you could buy more engine tranny upgrades (budget was decreasing) but the bar graph showed full. Got tired of winning every run and quit!

LOL, I can't win a race for some reason. Any tips? I hold down the gas and shift when I redline, but the other car always seems to beat me. What should I spend my first bit of money on? Any timing hints?

Ok, I just played a quick couple rounds at work and got into the 9's with NO power adders. WTF is going on here? Couldn't get under 10 when I was maxed out, now I'm superman with a "stock" car. lol Addictive is right.

deduncan, spend your first few dollars on 2 weight, and the rest engine. that should get you to be able to beat the guy to get enough money to continue racing.

so, how do you break into the 9's? or 8's or 7's for that matter. My car is fully loaded will all but weight and can't get below 10.6.
