Rough Country XL2 Steps

Has anyone installed these on a stock AT4 or Trailboss? Im curious how low the step hangs to the ground. One of the reviews on their website said it looked too low, another said it was perfect. I have their DS2 steps and they just dont do it for me. I plan to return and exchange them. Just curious if anyone has any experience with them. Thanks!

I just bought and returned the xl2. I have an LT Trail Boss and they sat way too low to the ground. If I had a 6 inch lift, they might have been alright. The aggressive look is nice but they are way too large in my opinion for this size of a truck
