Hi Everyone

I have a 2014 Silverado with an intermittent heating issue.   The fan turns off and on for no reason.  It does this if I have it on auto and all other settings.  When it happens I turn the system off and on and fiddle between settings which may or may not resolve.  It usually won't stay off for more than 30 seconds and turns back on....but once it starts acting up it goes off and on and is very annoying.  It only does this once the truck is warm and after driving for 20 minutes or so.  Had no issue during the summer with A/C etc.

Thx

The next time it happens, pull safely off of the road, turn off the engine, remove key, and open drivers door.

Sit for a couple of minutes, then start the truck again and see what happens.

That will usually reset most things that have become "confused" and need to be reset.

Can always disconnect battery for 30 minutes, and then hook it back up.

Has you or your team been actually able to assist anyone. It's kind of ignorant to make a post and not follow up with any info for a solution. Your account is pretty much a joke. I look forward to hearing from you...
