94 Chevy 1 ton brakes

I just got a call from a guy who works at a construction place, he said no one at the shop knew how to get the brakes off one of their 94 checy 1 tons(so he calls me, cause appearently I know a "LOT" about cars/etc, which I can't ague too much, LOL). HE didn't know the part name, but by the decrisption, I know he's talking about the caliper. I've never worked on the brakes on a chevy one ton, but told him there is probably a bolt of some kind on the back of the caliper they can't see by just looking. told on some vehilces its a hex bolt, wich isn't a "normal" bolt (I figure I got to keep it as simple as possible if they think the caliper is held on with no bolts attached ). But can anyone quickly comfrim or correct me, I'm hoping to give him an answer quick!
