Is it possible to adjust the high beam on my 2015 Silverado ?

If you adjust it up or down it will do the same to your low beam. Is the high beam too low or high? You could adjust it and then adjust the low beam to the height you want using washers on the low beam projectors.

Or just buy this kit and then your projectors will be both high and low beam (bixenon).

Correct. If your highs are too high then lower them via the adjuster. The add some washers in the top screw holes of the projector to raise it up.
