TPMS Question

First time poster long time reader, I have a 2018 Chevy 1500 LT, I’m going to trade My rims and tires for a set of rims and tires off a 2009 1500 LT. To my knowledge my TPMS operate at 433 hertz on my truck, the 2009 operate at 315?? Hertz.

 

will I need to order new sensors? Or can I relearn the truck to the 315 hertz sensors that are already in the rims? 
 

I am aware of the remote I will need to purchase to relearn the sensors, just not sure if it’s going to work.

Gmt900 and k2xx both use 315 so your proposed swap is fine.  It’s the new T1 that uses 433.
