40 plus OBD2 Codes

Hey everyone, Hope some of y’all can help. My 99 Silverado 5.3 4x4 has 40 plus obd codes. The truck starts, run but misses badly. I replaced the plugs & wires, intake manifold gasket. Still the same.

I was leaning that way since I have all O2 codes(high-low circuits) I have lean and rich conditions...I tried running down the grounds to see the conditions, cleaned reattached them but not sure if I got all the grounds.

Y,no,40 might be a record,main engine management grounds are on back of both heads and where battery negative bolts to engine

I went to a Chevy dealer and they didn’t want to talk to me but wanted me to bring them the truck so they can scan it...lol...I already know what it scans...I was just needing some guidance thinking the pcm might be bad

So here’s a rundown of the codes my scan tool got...p0112, p0113, p0117, p0118, p0121, p0125, p0131, p0132, p0133, p0134, p0135, p0137, p0138, p0140, p0141, p0151, p0152, p0153, p0154, p0155, p0157, p0158, p0160, p0161, p0171, p0172, p0174, p0175, p0200, p0230, p0300, p0302, p0325, p0327, p0332, p0335, p0336, p0351, p0352, p0353, p0354, p0355, p0356, p0357, p0358, p0401, p0404, p0420, p0430, p0440, p0442, p0446, p0461, p0502, p0503, p0506, p0507....so what do y’all think? Crazy huh?

Fuel trims were stb1 .3, ltb1 19.5, stb2. 0, ltb2 0...I see o2’s switching but I keep getting these codes immediately after erasing them

Check all your grounds and powers. 

Probably a ground issue to the PCM/ECU

What if you kept it in open loop, disconnect MAF sensor harness,I'm curious to see if results are the same
