2019 Silverado LD block heater

Have just got a 2019 Silverado 1500,and need to install a block heater.Any one know what my options are and maybe part #s and where to get one?

Do you really need a block heater?  For example, my '04 Sierra 3500 w 6.0L gas engine fired right up this morning, after the temp here went up to a balmy -32C (it was a lot colder overnight), without being plugged in, with a weak battery.

 

If anything, I would suggest, in order:

-battery heater

-oil pan heater

-then block heater.

Ok I ll check into those,but I really dont trust oil pan heater not to either cook oil in one spot,or as one I saw on an outdoor industrial John Deere generator,fall off.

Maybe they are made better nowdays.
