Cat 3126 power steering

1999 Kodiak c6500 With a 3126 cat motor, Just bought the truck , has no power steering. It has been not used for 2 years. P/S fluid is full. any one know how to diagnose? Read some about bleeding the system but need more info on how to do that. Thanks

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
