2018 Yukon DRL Flasing

Hello everyone. Before I take this into the dealership, I wanted to see if anyone has the same problem. We have a 2018 Yukon XL Denali that my wife drives. It has about 40K on the clock. The daytime running light on one side started going nuts. It is a visible flash and I think we are pissing the world off when we drive it. It only flashes in DRL mode, full brightness. When the headlights are on, and the LED strip dims, it doesn’t flash. Any thoughts?

My thoughts would be that the LED driver is dying.  I have seen more than a few LED security lights on homes that begin to flash wildly when their drivers go bad as well.
