Wiper motor problems

I have a 2005 Silverado 3500 wipers only work on high speed have replaced the pulse module, same issue. Replaced wiper motor with a new one, same issue. Have anyone else encounter the same problem and if so did you find out what is causing it?

Next part up to throw at the truck is the turn signal switch.

Have replaced wiper motor and wiper/turn signal switch, no change motor still only works on high speed only. I can not locate a relay for the wiper motor, thinking that it might be built into the pulse module but not sure pulse module has also been changed twice.

Only thing else I can suggest is signing up for the full-service manual at a site like alldatadiy.com  It'll have the diagnostic procedure for figuring out what the problem could be.
