My 1000 Mile Review of Dmax

Well I have had the DMax a little over a week and all I can say is this thing is amazing. Took it up and over The Cascades this weekend and was towing a very light load. Less then a 2000LBS. But could not find a hill that gave me any problems. Could not even feel the thing back there(of course). The tranny is just amazing in that tow haul mode. I rode a 6 mile grade down from 5400Ft to about 1200FT and that thing just holds the speed and downshifts when needed. It was just so awesome. My friends where wondering when I was sitting there in the drivers seat yelling "O Allison" they thought I had found the love of my life. That and the 15 MPG was awesome. Only one thing I have found so far is the small raddle in the back side of the cab I am going to have the dealer look at. Here are some pictures from this weekend.

The milage will only get better.

I don't know if they replaced them for your year of truck but they had some problems with the split drive shaft making noise on the older trucks with 4door short beds and long beds. Do you have the solid drive shaft?

You still need to change your call sign if you plan on staying Duramaximized.

Nice pic's.

Oh to have a place to ride like that. Something that we don't have to much of around here. It is flat land here.
