I am new to the forum, I apologize if this is posted in the wrong place.

Has anyone produced new independent software for MyLink (infotainment)? I heard that it is open source. I am not a programmer on app developer. Just curious if I anyone has seen, used or heard of anything.

I believe you heard wrong.  The MyLink software makes use of open source software, but is not open source itself.
