I have a 2019 silverado 3500hd with IO6 radio and it will not recognize and play my usb drives? It played on my 2016 IO6 just fine. Been to dealers service department twice and it plays their usb drive and my drive play in their other cars at dealer. but they cannot figure out how to make mine play on my truck. first time told me to get a new usb drive which i did. and still does not work. usb is formatted in fat32. took off all songs except 1 single mp3  song and still does not work. Anyone have any ideas?
