speed limiter

You need a programmer that has the ability to do that.  And you cannot remove the limiter, only raise it.  I would not suggest going above 115 MPH unless you've made strong modifications to your drive-train.  It is not made for fast speeds, but rather for working hard.  Things like transfer cases, drive shafts, and rear axles on these trucks were not engineered for going 100+ MPH.  That being said, I do get wanting to raise it to say 115 MPH so that you can really romp on it to get around slow traffic on a 2-lane highway or perhaps at the race track.. not fun hitting the 98 MPH limiter yet still having a lot faster to go to get the 1/4 mile
