P0301 Spark plug fouling out every 10k miles

Driving a 2013 Sierra 1500.  First 70k miles great, started missing horribly, then pulled a P0301, #1 plug was fouled out.  Tip covered in oil. Replaced only the number #1, worked great for another 10k miles, then a repeat.  Have done this 4 times now.  The TSB's I have seen show a driver side valve cover replacement is needed, but it seems the model year is 2007 - 2011.  Does this TSB included 2013 models?

Agreed. The AFM/DoD system is a leading cause of this.

New piston/rings and a quicky dingle ball hone job to clean the cylinder up.

Other option is to disable the AFM/DoD system and see how much longer it takes for the plug to foul. Also if you are not one to go full throttle often, maybe change your ways and do it more to help clean the oil/carbon off.
