Paired Devices list help = '12 GMC Sierra

Hi, all. I just bought a 2012 GMC Sierra and would like to pair my phone to the nav stereo that is installed. I know HOW to pair, I just can't. It says there are already 5 devices paired. I know that the next step is to delete those paired devices, but can't find a way to do it. If I use the bluetooth button, it asks for the name of the device, which I don't now since it was someone else's truck before. I can't find a way to pull up a device list on the touch screen. Anybody out there have some tips for me?

Read page 7-50 of the owners manual.  It says how to list all the paired phones and how to delete each one.
