Knocking noise

I have a 2010 Silverado. I have had a knocking noise that sounds and feels to be coming from beneath the floorboard. It started after I rubbed a curb while parking. The strange thing is is only happens when there is a passenger in the truck with me and usually doesn’t happen as soon as I start driving, it usually takes a couple minutes before it starts. It also seems to get worse while I’m breaking. I took it to the shop and they checked the ball joints and alignment and found nothing. Any ideas?

Any that would only happen with a passenger though? That’s the strange part

Yup,strange,what about,take it out for a spin,find a safe place to inspect it,and use a rubber mallet,and start tapping?
