06 6.0 4l80E shifting hard no codes

06 6.0 2500 4l80E has 217,000 shifts hard when the trans temp gets to 140 or higher  shifts hard in all gears not throwing any codes had transmission serviced 12,000 miles ago never had a problem tell recently fluid is bright red and topped off i put lucas product and still no help

You didn't reverse flush it by chance did you? Was the transmission replaced prior to this stuff happening?

Checked solenoids? May need to have a transmission shop deal with it as that's what I do unless it's a transfer case issue as those are easy still yet. To many specialized tools seem to be needed anymore these days for working on transmissions.
