Overdrive problem

Have a 03 2500. Check engine light comes on 30 seconds after it shifts into overdrive. When I hook up my scanner it gives me misfire on cylinder 7. If I clear it while I’m driving it will shift back into overdrive for about 30 seconds and the kicks out and light comes back in for same code? I’m lost

Did you ever figure it out. Mine just started doing the exact same thing

Check fuel pressure and swap plug,wire to different cylinder

I pulled fuel rail, cleaned out all the injectors, put new o-rings in. Runs like new again.
