Radio blacked out

2014 sierra 1500 denali- Started truck with remote, walked out put key in the ignition radio wont come on just sits on a black screen. Music plays on bluetooth and radio you can still hear the tap sound when you tap on the screen. Tried to turn truck off and back on but still nothing. Any tips?

Open the passenger door with the key removed from ignition

Mine did that I had to take the radio fuse out, on passenger side fuse box it was a yellow fuse let me see if I can find the video

Thanks guys dont know what happened but it came back on just fine, right after i plugged a charging cable into 1 of the 3 USB ports, dont know if its coincidental or not but will keep a check on it

Its not a fix, but mine does the same. It's like the system doesn't recognise the key or drivers side door for what ever reason atm. First it happened to me I was like wth. I thought someone was jacking with me lmao!

 

The system ends up timing out on its own like the lights with all the doors open.
