Upgading for the better I hope...

Monday I take possession of a 2020 GMC Sierra SLT say'n goodbye to the 2019, I am taking it on the chin purdy hard but jus afraid of the 8 speed transmission and all the horror stories, I don't dog my vehicles but being this is traded I floored it goin bout 50 and had a heck of a slamming when down shifting, I really wanted the 10 speed transmission, My nephew is a sale manager and he got me the best trade deal I could get... I also added adaptive cruise control, Sunroof, Almost everything a Denali has and I hate the Denali grills, I told my nephew I would take a Denali jus put my grill in it and he said no can do lol.... I am gunna retire in couple years and this will be the last truck I will own and just wanted a better more reliable truck, I hope I did not take beat'n for nuthun.... Oh and same color cuz Satin Steel Metallic is purdy cool in my book...

Thanks Bro, I jus didn't feel good bout keeping the 8 speed tranny on the last new truck I will buy goin into retirement, And did get some features I did not have on the 2019... Don't really care bout sunroof but it was on the new truck but I'll take it, I think the adaptive cruise is a good improvement thou...

You will love adaptive cruise.  My wife's Enclave Avenir has it...it is awesome.

I have a while to go yet, so I am not in my "forever" truck. 

Although I love the one I have and plan on keeping it a while.
