AUX Trailer Camera not working

Hello everyone I need all the help I could get. I have a 2019 Sierra 1500 SLT with the trailer package. Yesterday I purchased the AUX trailer camera and tried to install it. However, I could not get a camera view in my dash. It keeps showing blank when connected (trailer also connected 4 pin using a 7 way adapter) any ideas and how to resolve this ?

  I scanned it with my FoxWell NT 630+, which is supposed to be able to catch seat belt warnings, and got nothing.
