Back to the shop, tailgate this time

2016 Yukon xl denali, 70k miles. Been in the shop a lot. Now the tailgate opens a 1/8, I can press the handle button and another 1/8. Will not automatically open. Any tips?

Is the tailgate programming defective?  You didn't say whether or not you used it.
