Early 2015 suburban window down feature

[2015 Suburban]

morning all. 

i have a new to me 2015 suburban ltz.  the build sheet is dated 9/4/14. 

While I can remote fold in the side view mirrors, I can not hit the unlock button and bring the windows down, nor do I have the off road page in the drivers center.  The dealer said since its an early 2015, those options were not on there.  is there a way to update the software to give me those options?

no idea if offroad can be added
but windows down could probably be added by White Auto and Media
