Truck Runs worse after replacing coil

Hey Guys. I was getting a misfire in cylinder 1. Rich 2 lean Sensor 2. I replaced spark plugs and it seemed to be running fine for a day and threw the code again. I then replaced the ignition coil on cylinder 1 and its actually running much worse now. What is going on? Why would it run worse with a new coil? Plz help, I have to take a road trip 1400 miles and back in a few weeks. What else can I do? Could be injector issues?
