Ran off the road

I was on a road with narrow lanes and was going 20mph in a straight line when a box truck entered my lane causing me to have to pop a curb on my passenger side. The front and back tire went over the curb.I have 33” ridge grapplers on my truck. No damage was done to the rim or tire, my truck isn’t pulling to one side and I don’t hear any odd noises from the suspension. Could this have damaged anything suspension wise or is it fine? Don’t want any problems down the road.

Short answer: Yes.

If you're really concerned, take it for an alignment check.  Many places do this for free (though you probably get what you pay for...)
