Hazard light on

I have a 2020 GMC Sierra SLE with the 3.0 diesel,, sometimes when I get in the truck,, the light on the hazard light switch is on,, but,, the hazard lights are not flashing,, Talked to my dealer and they had no idea,, anyone know why this light is on?  It goes off when I start the engine.  Just noticed yesterday that the light is on whenever the truck is locked,

I guess no one knows what causes this.

Did the dealer actually look through the full service manual to see if anything was described there?  Did they take off the switch and test it and the wiring harness?

 

Or did they just blow you off with a shrug?

the  gal that does all the tech stuff,, show people how things work said that she had no idea,, didn't ask the service people though,, the light is on when I get in the truck,, but goes out as soon as the engine starts,, so guessing it must be on for a reason,, just can't figure out the reason,, LOL,, doesn't seem to be hurting anything.
