Well I spoke too soon.  Had the first led failure a couple weeks ago.  Replaced it with one of the spares since the package had ten of them so wasn't too bad.  Did notice that the 4 remaining leds were all missing their lenses though so probably only a matter of time before the others fail too.  Going to look into other leds for the next go around.

Sorry it took so long to see this.  I used fuse #42.
